The gentlemen that installed our new Samsung Range we’re awesome !! They were very professional and made sure that were knew how to operate the range before they left.

The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They knew how to install an over the counter stove unlike the first installers. They even installed the earthquake bracket.

The gentleman that delivered the range were great ! This is an old farmhouse and they were unable to complete the hook up due to the need of a new gas line ! Was very thankful for the knowledge they had and they were professional!

Excellent workman ship installing of Gas Range stove.

Install was just OK. Was going fine until the installer scratched our new hardwood floor pushing the stove in place. Installer denied it at first until confronted. Best Buy helped make it right and the floor was repaired. I just suggest a little more honestly for the installer.

The installers were very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently when removing our old stove and installing the new one. Everything was completed within half an hour. We were truly impressed and would definitely use this service again.

I was not happy with the deliver/instal as they didn't completely install it properly for me they brought it into the house but I had to push it back into its space. It took me an hour to get it in on my own. Its heavy and me alone couldn't manage it easily. Not to mention the cost ugh.

The installation for our new stove was installed professionally and efficiently by Best Buy. The installers were very courteous and helpful in putting in a new gas hose connection, hauling away the old stove, and replacing it with our new stove.

The professional insulation, delivery, and haul away was great.

Although I love Best Buy's Merchandise, They Have to be Careful of The Installers? Are They Certified/Trained to Install Gas Lines.... It Seemed as if they Where Contracted by Outside Workers. Check With Store Before They Deliver Or And Install Your GAS Range/Stove.

I really like the ease of operation. I went from electri to gas. Love it

After a couple weeks I started smelling gas. I got the run around a bit with Best Buy about whether it was the product or the installation. Staff was nice but unsure how to proceed. I was told they would replace the stove just in case. Something about there being no warranty on installation so they weren’t sure how to get someone to check the gas line. Then the next day I had a service appt. so service after the fact was pretty good. But I was told the guys - they use outside contractors- installed using the wrong connector. He showed me the different parts and what they should have used. He told me I was lucky and that the house could have blown up. Wow! And I had to pay for that. I hope those first installers were fired but I still haven’t heard anything back about the incident.

Pleasant, professional, and prompt! They had to provide the gas line connection because it had not been included.

After six (6) different crews the install was completed. The safety manual requires the anti tipping mechanism be installed before use. Five of the six crews had no idea how to install

The Team installed both our washer and dryer today. Excellent to wok with. They removed our old appliances over a few flights of stairs. Very meticulous and courteous.
