They were polite and courteous. They apologized for an issue they had no doing. They were quick and allowed me time to clean under the old stove.

Quick Door Adjustment Worked Great.

Installation

We had a plumber come out and cap our gas line and the installers could not remove the cap from the gas line. We ended up having to call the plumber that put the gas cap on come out and install our stove.

This is a great stove

And for the price (got it on sale) there isn't a better deal out there. The Best Buy salespeople were great and very knowledgeable. Great purchase!
