Not impressed with install

Did not level the stove, it was over a quarter inch difference front to back. It is a slide in stove and was not all the way back to wall. The gas line was adequately installed.

Stove Installation

Better yet, his stove was the first delivery thst day, & the team installed it quickly so my brother (a third-shifter) didn't miss any sleep.

The range was awesome or so I thought

And sadly with the whole Covid 19 going on it took two months ,A Samsung tech coming out twice and the best-buy geek squad coming four times to get it fixed properly. Below it shows I purchased it 5/7/2020. But in reality it was March 17th

Ok, average install

They claim it is because of the double oven, will see... When they peeled off the plastic film from front they left a huge area of adhesive that took a lot of scrubbing and soaking to remove
