Complete installation in less than 30 minutes! I’ve had great experiences with installation of several devices.

They did a good job installing. Came on time and we're very quick. Can't give it five stars thought because first time they installed they forgot to remove some tape which ruined my first stove. Best Buy sent me a new one which was great but feel only can give 4 stars because of the initial issue.

The installation guys were knowledgeable however I think it’s a rushed job. They could take time to level the stove instead of rushing to their next job.

They arrived on time and completed the install fast. Very professional, and they took care to make sure they didn't bump into anything else. They tested the oven to insure everything worked. Well done.

I have been very happy with my stove, it a great unit specially for the price. The heat is consistent, I like the selection of different size burners and the center brittle is great for pancakes and it looks good.

The second install was great. 1st stove was damaged and the installation service was not good. 1st attempt of second delivery was poor and needed to be rescheduled. Second (and final) attempt to deliver and install my stove was great and I would give a five star if it was based upon the last installers alone.

Enjoying the definite upgraded range. Haven’t even used all the features yet. Range top is solid, no wobbly pots or pans. Heats evenly on stove top. Need to test baking features next.

The two delivery men were very professional. They wore face coverings and gloves. First the unhooked the old gas line and removed the stove. Next the delivery man installed the new gas line. The two men brought in the new stove. It was hooked up to the new gas line. Next, the plastic was removed and the stove was wiped down with cleaning cloths. All five burners were turned on and the clock was set. I was told to turn the oven on for one hour at 400 degrees. The delivery man placed the owner's manual in my hand. I am very pleased with the installation of my new stove and the removal of the old one.

Installation was done fast. They stayed on for 20 more minutes to test the range since this was a no hassle replacement. (Original stove delivered had a crack in the gas part.) Very good customer service!

What l like about the Samsung gas range is the high power btu burner I have used the convection plus the convection roast feature. I think the fan that circulates during baking is not powerful enough. The airfryer option works very well though I get great results. The griddle is great for making pancakes, eggs, sandwhiches. Just make sure you heat it up first on high to get good results. Nothing sticks on the griddle and easy for clean up. Around the burners and the components themselves are hard to keep clean. Soaking and scrubbing the black tops of the burners still leave residue on top. Need to find a cleaner that removes all residue on the burners. I do cook a lot

Was installed properly and works great! Installers tested it before they left. Love my five burner range and easy clean oven!

They did good at installation only thing is i thought they would hook up the WiFi and they didn’t and I can’t get it to connect to WiFi can’t find the sticker with information to hook it up so can’t use WiFi

From phone call, delivery, installation, and removal of old range it took about 30 min. I could not believe how impossibly fast and efficient the guys were. Absolutely amazing.

This new gas stove looks great in the kitchen. It ignites quickly and works very well and I really like the griddle in the middle.

Only have Geek Squad come. Do not have a third party shipper, such as JB Hunt come to install your stove. Those clowns needed to use my tools and did not have their own. Shame on you Best Buy. The second crew was thorough, explained how to use the stove, installed it properly, made sure it was level, screwed up the legs to make sure it was perfect. Took their time, installed a leak-proof kit and had a packet that would allow you know if there were leaks. This second crew was on it.
