    Normally no cost for installation, but with a gas range, they have to turn off gas, then turn gas back on for installation. $19.99 is not bad for that. Plus, I had no choice when gas range is installed.

    I was disappointed that the appliance installer did not take the old stove outside as we asked. They just took off instead of stating they could not. One oven rack was left in the lower oven drawer that should have been removed.

    THE TWO MEN WERE VERY POLITE ,AND WORKED TOGETHER AS A TEAM .THE APPLIANCES WHERE UNCRATED ALL OUTSIDE AND MOST OF ALL THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. AND THEY MADE SURE THEY DID NOT SCRATCH THE WALLS ETC. ETC

    The fellas did a great job installing my appliances but what I appreciate most is they were kind and they smiled. It helped me feel more comfortable with having 2 strange men in my house.

    I needed an adapter for the gas hook up and the delivery guy had one already, that must be a common problem. The tech knew what he was doing and I'm glad he did it. I would of had to chase down an adapter

    The installers did not install the anti tip bracket or level the stove. When they returned to correct this issue, the technician did not have a bracket. Still waiting 1 month later....

    The crew that was sent to install my new stove/oven were wonderful. They were so careful and diligent in their work. I wish I could have that crew all the time!
