Oven leaked after installation

They said I would have to pick it up and it would be installed when my refridgerator was to be installed. The installers refused to install it saying that since I picked it up, it was their policy not to install it, even though I explained to them that I had paid for the install and Best Buy said it would be installed. They had to call their supervisor, who agreed with them. Then they called Best Buy, and they said to install it. All of this taking 45 minutes. Best Buy needs to get their policy changed or hire a different company to deliver and install. Very unsatisfied.

Great Installation
