Very pleased after the follow up visit to level the unit and remove the part from the back. Could have been handled on original installation though.

Had Best Buy install my new gas stove, I was optimistic in the ability of the delivery men to know what they were doing since it’s a service that is offered from Best Buy to the consumer. I thought that once they connect the new gas line, the one they make you buy to even have it installed by them; that they would do it properly and check the connections to make sure there are no gas leaks? Low and behold that over the next two days we started to smell gas faintly when we would come into the kitchen and thought that it was just coming from the burners or that it was the smell of the new range settling in? Little did I know that on the 3rd day thank god my mother stopped back at my house to get something for our daughter and the whole house smelled like gas...after and emergency call to our gas company and a sweep of our whole house it was determined that there wasn’t enough pipe dope used at the connection to the main gas line or the stove it’s self. Even the connectors were not tightened fully according to the gas company. Thank god the tech from the gas company was nice enough to fix it for me correctly! I though about asking for my install fee back but it’s not worth the hassle so I’ll mark it up to free delivery and call it even. I’ll trust my installs of this caliber to a certified professional from now on.

The men who removed and then replaced my new stove were professional and wonderful.

So glad I had the stove delivered and installed. The installers were prompt and quickly installed to stove, cleaned up, setthe time and demonstrated other functions. Well worth the cost!

They came to install my stove and dishwasher they were running a little late they called and let me know they would be late so I was not standing around all day waiting
