Caution: some large dinner plates might just barely fit in and interfere with the revolving plate inside.

I have many scratched knuckles when the door flies open. Also, I was replacing the same brand but a larger model. I couldn't find one where the feet fit on my shelf. I can no longer fit my old dishes in the smaller microwave.

Sometimes it resets, and I can't get the express buttons to work, or enter a certain time for cooking. I have no idea what I do to make it reset. And yes, I've read the manual. When it cooks at the programmed temp and time it works well.

I’ve had to add more time for very cold items, but the issue seems to be resolved when I initially add a higher time. Overall, pleased with this product.
