DO NOT BUY. LASTED 33 MONTHS, BB lies about the total tech coverage. should be 1 year manufacture then total tech protection 24 months. Pay attention. I think its reasonable to expect more that 3 years for a $115 microwave. Especially in a 2 adult household that doesn't use it for much more than reheating cooked food. We even use our tea kettle or Keurig for hot tea. Being total total tech covers 24 is bs. I wasted $200 on total tech when it only covers warranty for 12 months month 13 to 24 only. BB saying 24 month coverage is misleading. Now that Total tech doesn't do IT housecalls the plan isnot worth the cost. Just buy product extended warranties. 3+ yrs took live agent 30 minutes to tell me this item is not covered by TT plan. I was signed into my acct to request the live agent and gave them the order # and my acct email and a simply answer was difficult. Dont believe the sales agents. They lie. or miseducated. buy the individualm extended protection plan or else.

I didn't realize this is a small microwave because I didn't read fine print. I would not buy it again for family use. This would be ideal for small home or student dormitory only.

This microwave was a lot smaller than I had expected. It’s not returnable because it was purchased in August and my contractors are just getting around to opening it. Oh well

Needed more stock to choose from. While the product was good, there were no pth r comparable Panasonic products

It meets all my objectives. It is used to reheat coffee and small food items. It defrosts well. I had no need for a larger microwave which I previously had mounted under a cabinet.

Good quality of microwave, if in the future will purchase this type of microwave again

Bought this to replace an ancient unit used at our cabin. It is a bit lightweight, and tends to move when you shut the door. We haven't used it much but it seems to do what it is supposed to.

I got it for myself after the one i was using got messed up until now no problem.

Works like intended. I know I was the one who made the purchase but I do wish it was a little bigger. But no other complaints!

I purchased this as a dorm room gift for my grandaughter. Her college requires low wattage, so it is perfect for her! During her first week, major hurricane rains kept her room bound, but thanks to her new microwave, both she and her roommate had hot meals!!

Owned this product for three months, worked just fine. Last week the button the open the door of the product got stuck and won't release the door.

I bought this microwave for my daughter's dorm. The max wattage allowed was 800 so we knew it wasn't going to be powerful. We unboxed it in her dorm room and the plastic spinner came broken. Luckily, it still spins, but it stinks since it was brand new out of the box. Since she moved in 3 weeks after we purchased the microwave, we couldn't return it. It serves it's purpose. I wish I bought a cheaper microwave.

Fits a dinner place but not a tall mixing bowl. Works well but has no backlit keys so hard to program if it’s in a microwave cabinet or dark kitchen late at night.

Works like a charm! I would buy it again. The price was in my budget.

My husband wanted something smaller so we switched down to this size and it does ok for our needs.

Smaller than my previous microwave . Used mostly for warming leftovers and thawing frozen items .Seems to take slightly longer than my previous microwave however, this is not a problem.
