    We bought this microwave while our kitchen was being remodeled and it was fantastic. I like it more than the expensive one we installed in the new kitchen. It's super quiet and cooks food quickly without making it rubbery.

    Just about everytime I use it I have to open the door, unplug it, put whatever inside, close the door & hit start. If I don't do this & just punch in 2 minutes it says FOOD! It's a real pain in the butt! The keypad doesn't light up & it's hard to read. I wanted another one but the guy I was working with at the store wasn't there for a few days & the other guy said I had to purchase this because they special ordered it. I'm not a happy customer!!!!

    I replaced my bigger 1000W oven with this smaller 950W. It actually makes the food hotter on the same setting as the larger did. VERY quiet. Only draw back is that the stainless steel on top should have a clear coat on it. It scratches VERY easily.
