Can’t complain… efficient, quiet and heats up food. What more can you ask for?

Compact and does the job. Heats good up quickly and evenly. This unit also has a light while cooking and after as well which is a plus. Would recommend.

We purchased this microwave to replace the previous one we had that began to have issues. Based on positive reviews on this one, we decided to give it a try, as the price was decent in comparison to other similar size/wattage micros. We have been using it for a couple weeks and are very happy with the way it cooks evenly, quickly and thoroughly. It has various options to choose from for items from snacks to meals. It is also one of the quietest ones we have owned, which is great. The only slight drawbacks are that the light when cooking is pretty dim and that fingerprints show up easily on the stainless steel portion of the microwave Otherwise, we are very happy with it and would recommend this unit.

Needed to replace a microwave I had for over 10 years. Decided to try this one. Easy to use and looks great.

My last GE microwave lasted 13yrs, so i didn't hesitate to buy this one. This one is almost exactly like my old on. So far its working great. Awesome price Best Buy,

For a small size microwave, this does the job well. One nice feature is the Express Cook option, where you can start cooking for 1-9 minutes by simply pressing the number button. Very easy to clean.

Great so far heats very fast with little amount of cook time.

My full sized Panasonic microwave of 10 years finally died and I replaced it with this model. The real estate is much smaller, giving me more counter space. It’s just as powerful and even quieter. No problems so far.

Great, easy to use microwave, as advertised. Exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased this microwave about a month ago, still working. It's true if you put a coffee mug in with the handle facing you, when it's done the handles are at the back; keypad doesn't light up so it's hard to read; the door opener is hard to press open...you get what you pay for.

Perfect size, not too big, and not too small. So far, so good. Great customer service experience .

It works well. The only complaint I have is the door. It is difficult to open with the push mechanism, and it is quite loud when closed. I will have to get used to it.

The primary reason for selection was to fit in an existing (small) cabinet enclosure. So far I have no complaints with operation and am pleased with the power and optional functions. If it lasts a year I would go 5 stars.

Perfect…just what we needed to replace old microwave oven.

I had a Goldstar (before it became LG) microwave oven that lasted 27 years. Last year it finally died on me. I bought a Panasonic microwave oven that died on me 10 months after I bought it! I paid over $140 for that Panasonic oven (Model: NN-SU686S) You'd think that Panasonic would make good microwave ovens. Apparently not. I researched online that particular Panasonic oven (after it died on me) & apparently there were a lot of complaints about it failing prematurely. Best Buy still has that brand of oven. Needless to say, I didn't buy another Panasonic. The sales person recommended getting the extended warranty. Normally, I wouldn't pay for an extended warranty. Now, if the GE dies in the next 4 years, I get store credit for $100. So far so good!
