Fortunately the warranty was still active for the microwave it just stopped. With the help of a sales person on the telephone, this microwave fit in the space of the cabinet, and had a very nice appearance with the combination of stainless steel and the black/which seems to be far less susceptible to fingerprints as the salesman had mentioned. I would have preferred to have found one that was over 1000 W, but we were used to 950 Watts from the microwave that is replaced. Would definitely feel very confident and using Best Buy again /This was a first experience.

There were so many to choose from and some were not worth even considering. But as always Best Buy had the better deal. This microwave is so quiet that you don't notice it when it's on, there's a lot of settings but it's not as complicated as we thought. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in a new microwave.
