    This microwave oven is big enough for larger items to fit, and the carousel turns smoothly. I like the push button open that doesn’t rock the whole thing and possibly splash liquids like a pull open can. Plenty of wattage, good assortment of options on cooking, and fits on a microwave cart. Silver and black outer makes it fit in most decors.

    Our Panasonic microwave recently bit the dust after only 2 years of normal use, so we decided to go with this GE one instead. We had actually had great GE brand microwaves in the past - but, they were all over-the-range ones. This is our first standalone microwave from them, but so far it works just as well. Great options, the buttons are responsive, and it's a compact design for how much you can fit inside of it. It's only 950w, but it works just like a 1000w. Highly recommend it.

    Performs as expected and reasonably priced. Brighter characters, or backlighting, on the keypad would really be a plus. Somewhat noisy. Just as an aside, it isn't actually "stainless steel", it's actually ordinary steel with a brushed metallic finish.
