    Bought this to replace our built-in that went out during COVID and couldn’t be fixed for 3 weeks. It served its purpose but has a couple of odd features. The defrost mode was in ounces so if you wanted to thaw out 1.5 lbs of hamburger you had to convert it to ounces. The worst thing was the noise! Very loud! With the whole family home 24/7, it was needed and did it’s job.

    My old microwave finally died. I was desperate and having a difficult time finding one in stock due to the pandemic. I did much research and this one received high ratings. Though lower wattage than my last, it’s amazing. Couldn’t be happier
