First of all the microwave was not black/silver as described, it was blue/green on top and sides and silver/black on front. We had this microwave for less that one and a half months and it stopped working. Took it back to the store that refused to give credit or replace it. They said you have to buy an extended warranty. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again nor will I recommend them to anyone else. All I can say is "Buyer Beware!"

Nice size, good power & looks great for the price if you are looking for this size unit. I would have given it 5 stars except for the keypad which I find to have a very small contact point & hard to push. Also would have preferred a handle operated door rather than a push button one.

I'm giving it only 3 stars because while it has a year warranty when the same model failed after 6 months, GE would not replace it. All they would do is send me a certificate for a rebate (which I have to hope I get!) for the amount of the original purchase price AFTER buying a new GE product. I bought the same model because it fits on my cabinet shelf but had to pay more for this one. Also these show every fingerprint both on the stainless and shiny black surfaces. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is because of the flawed warranty policy

My previous microwave went out and I replaced it with this GE microwave. This microwave has a small foot print and doesn’t take up too much counter space. I was able to get it on sale. I couldn’t be more happier with this GE microwave.

This unit heats well and does its job perfectly fine. It does have a small problem with showing smudges and fingerprints, but if it matches your kitchen it is still worth getting.

I don’t like to button that opens the door. Too much pressure is needed to get the door open. You almost have to hold the unit with opposite hand so it doesn’t slide away. That’s my only problem so far.

This microwave is very inexpensive and does a great job cooking food quickly and evenly. My food was so hot when I took it out the first use that I cut down all of my microwave times to half of what it was with the previous microwave.

Recently remodeled kitchen...got rid of an old behemoth microwave and replaced with this one. Great price, right size. However...under-powered at 950w (but that's an easy work around), and the plastic protecting the buttons wears out easily.

Runs great, great size, looks nice, just the push button to open door is a little rough already, and I've only owned it a little over a month.

Its fine. The door is loud when opening and closing. Next time, i will buy one with a handle.

I like the oven except for one big missing feature. The right hand operating buttons DON'T LIGHT UP. I have to use a flashlight to see what to press. ANNOYING as all get out. If I had know that I might have picked another oven.

Had to return it. Too large for the space, didn't use it. The return process was very easy.

Another great job by the employees of Best Buy! The microwave oven is excellent.
