    Very nice microwave but I exchanged for a smaller one that would better fit my counter. Otherwise, I would have kept this one. If you have stainless steel appliances then this would fit right in.

    upgrading from a hand-me-down. This is a pretty powerful mircowave and also pretty quiet as well. The popcorn feature doesn't work very well, need to really monitor it when popping popcorn. otherwise, no complaints yet.

    I just bought this to replace an old heavy hand me down. I was surprised this was much lighter and although it was 50 less watts than our last one. It seems to cook things faster than the older model.

    This GE 1.1 cu Ft microwave is not my favourite. It started to give trouble within months of buying it ( for example -door wouldn't open without trying several times). There are other issues as well. I am glad I tried a GE product as it had been a while..however, I do not recommend this product. I am not happy with it at all and plan to get rid of it shortly.

    Despite others' negative comments about the noise level of this microwave, I found it very acceptable. The control is intuitive. The power level is adequate for our purposes. I hope it will last.

    I have had this microwave for a few months and if works as expected. Only down side is having to press the cook time button every time you want to run it for less than one minute or more than six.
