Our last microwave’s motor burnt out and tray stopped rotating. This one seems to be of much better quality and I’ve had no issues.

If you put it in a dark spot, it is hard to program as the buttons/keys don't light up/aren't backlit so they are hard to see. Otherwise, seems to function just fine.

However, the designation of the buttons is hard to read. Even with use, the 30 second and STOP buttons are hard to hit effectively every time.

Only issue we have is that we are not fans of the express cook for the numbers, but didn't look for that before purchase. But that's the only thing.

I only wish that microwave was heavier or that door mechanism was different. Microwave moves ( slides ) when you press the button to open ( easy fix is to put it agains solid surface - wall ).
