Sadly I do not feel it heats as well as my older mother one.

Reviews I read stated that you couldn't use different power levels, only level 10. It's a whole lot quieter than my previous microwave.

The first time I used it I wasn't sure it was on and working properly until my food came out heated perfectly.

The panel where you make entries is not lighted. The panel is very dark. It is similar to my old GE microwave except that unit had a panel that was easy to see.
