This is a nice microwave for the price. We’ve had no problems with it. We recommend it and will be getting one for our daughter.

I do not do major cooking in a microwave. This one meets my needs and does not take up a lot of counter space. I wish the door latch was more robust

The instant controls quickly prepare popcorn, meal plates, vegetables and more. GE last for long. Replaced the one i owned for 6 years.

Looks good and worth the $. Door is a bit light weight. Only works in increments of :30. So have to monitor shorter durations.

The microwave worked fine the first 2-3 weeks. Then it started making lour shrieks and grinding noises. The carousel would turn with a jerk, if at all. I became afraid to use it. The manufacturer told me to go to the vendor. The vendor told me it had been longer then 2 weeks, and referred me to The Geek Squad. After over and hour on the phone with various departments, they dropped my call. I am not a satisfied long-time customer. The quality of the customer care is my greatest complaint. They continually passed the responsibility or denied it. They did not stand behind the merchandise they sold.

Excellent product heats food fast and has a sensor that detects if you have food or not in the microwave.

Good functional microwave given the inexpensive price. Met all the requirements for everyday house uses.

Worked just fine until it broke down one morning, the power won't turn on. Only used it a little more than a year. Otherwise, all the elements to it are pretty good.

This is a great microwave from a GE and delivery from Best Buy was on time and packaging very reliable.

I like it, my only problem is the defrost setting seems like it start to cook instead of just defrost.

Good points--Powerful; fast; 1 key touch for even # of minutes; multiple 1 touch 30 second additional time Not so good--I find I have to reduce the amont of recommended time on frozen dinners Bad--touchpad is dark and impossible to read in dim lighting. I have to keep a flashlight for early AM use--why only 3 star rating

This is a good microwave. I am not big fan of the lack of instructions in the package, so I had to learn some of the features on YouTube.

If you are looking for a good reliable microwave in a reasonable price point this is for you. Cooking a turkey? No! What most use a microwave for yes.
