I hate having to hit time cook when I only want to microwave for let’s say 45 sec. (which is most of what I use)

My prior microwave was the same exact model. It lasted a couple of years and then began to turn on by itself. I attributed this to there being a short somewhere in the system so I got rid of it and was very glad to find the exact same model still for sale. So I bought this one in just 3 months ago. Then yesterday out of the blue it started to do the SAME THING that the old one did… it started to TURN ON BY ITSELF. At first, I was able to just unplug it and then plug it back in to use it, but today it will not work AT ALL !! I am shocked at the horrible cheap workmanship that I have found in this model. I will not be buying another GE microwave….they are cheaply made JUNK !!!
