Nice microwave for the price, does the job! Not too big, not too small, perfect size!

I purchased this product for 79$ and I must say, it does the job perfectly. Its perfect for a family of 3-4 cooking. Enough space to accommodate regular size micro oven cooking gear. Simple yet effective.

Overall, so far a very good microwave oven. It’s easy to use and seems to be good quality. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make it easier to read the display options, especially when lighting is not sufficient. However, most microwave ovens are like that.

Bought this countertop microwave in January 2018 and was pleased with it's looks and operation. In April after heating a meal, the unit did not shut off completely. The wave unit finished heating but the fan continued running and the Cancel button would not work. The door would not open. Unplugged to stop the cycle. The unit worked fine for several more months then repeated the same run-on situation again several more times. Without a Best Buy service contract, I called the manufacturer, GE, and they sent a repairman. I had hoped he was going to replace a board, but no, they don't have parts to do a field replacement. He just verifies the unit is faulty. I needed to call GE Service to request a warranty replacement. The process required me to cut the plug off the cord and send a photo of the plug and my original receipt to the GE Claims group. They said not to purchase a replacement until my claim was approved. Within a week I had my approval to purchase any model of GE microwave I wished and they later mailed a reimbursement certificate. I chose the .7 cubic model hoping it would be more reliable. It took six weeks to get my check after mailing in the new receipt and certificate. A cumbersome process for certain, but the GE service help desk people were exceptionally nice to deal with. They all seemed to be American speakers. With the short product life of the first microwave I did not want to buy another but the experience with GE help desk has me willing to stick with the brand.

Great price for a great looking and effective microwave

Purchased this microwave as a gift for my son. It fits his small apartment counter space but still provides enough power and features to do more than just make popcorn. Nice appearance was a bonus. Excellent price at Best Buy.

This machine is the perfect size for a countertop microwave. We love the small profile abs the ease of use. It is powerful enough t get the job done quickly too!

It's great, I was surprised at how large it really is, I was expecting it to be a little smaller than what it is, but it is beautiful to look at and it works great.

It replaces the last GE microwave we had. That one we had for seven years. This is the same size with more modern touches in the styling and the button layout.

I like the size of the microwave, it can sit on the kitchen counter without taking up too much space. The microwave has enough power and is easy to change the power to a lower level. I am very happy with this product.

This microwave is exceptional. Sometimes I wonder if it is even on, this is how quiet it is. Very efficient, and does not take up a lot of space. I use this in the office and it is the perfect addition.

Works very nice very quickly heating up the food And easy to keep clean

Got this as a temporary replacement/extra microwave when my wall mount unit died. The stainless steel unit looks & works great with good power, turntable, and interior light. Controls are easy to use.
