    This item replaces a similar size/power unit from another brand. So far, no problems. What we bought was "Open Box" so we were very careful to check out the outside of the microwave for signs of physical damage. Finding none we took inventory of the included items. Everything was there, so the moment of truth. Plugged in, put a large measuring cup of water in and started the oven. It worked, and still is. We rarely purchase service plans but since this was open box we went ahead. The idea, as we all know, is to not need it. Hope that's true here.

    Super quiet, and seems like it heats the food up from the inside out. The stainless steel parts do smudge up a, but a quick wipe and they’re gone.

    Good size microwave. Works great. Like that you can press the 1 or 2 and it will cook for 1 or 2 minutes. Also like the extra 30 seconds button you can push.
