    Needed micro for college dorm room. This fit the bill perfect. Great size not to small not to big. Great feature for this situation is the ability to turn the clock display off so the light is not on all night.

    This replaced a 20+ year old microwave so I was not shocked when it heated food quicker but this microwave is primo. Takes half the time to cook bacon, you can burn the roof of your mouth with hot tea in only 1.5 minutes. The only thing that would be an improvement would be reflective decals on the buttons to make it easier to read the buttons in the evening.

    This microwave cost just $100, which is an incredible value considering it replaces another GE microwave that cost $300+, was smaller and less powerful. I gave it 4 stars only because, in order to cook a potato or veggies, I have to enter a time for cooking and then watch it to make sure it is fully cooked. The more expensive microwave had a sensor that would allow automatic cooking of a potato or veggies just by pushing the potato or veggie button.
