Great machine! Simple to use and does exactly what it is supposed to. The only thing that the company could do better is to have guidelines when first opening box...labels on machine should not all be removed...I "nicked" a few spots trying to get rid of what I thought was a removable label...impacting onand around the surface of the 30 second/start button.

I bought this for my daughter and her finance. Works great, as expected. But the best part was, I bought it online and they were able to pick it up in California. I love that feature!

Love the microwave. Easy to use. Live in older home lacking in countertop space so have to place these appliances on a cart. Cord is short and shape of plug end didn't work where I usually place microwave. Had to rearrange part of my kitchen

Economical and a great addition to my kitchen. It’s easy to clean, and it heats good much faster than my previous smaller microwave. It does take up more space in the countertop, but it’s well worth it!

Hi , I bought this for a friend, she loves it so far, it’s only been maybe a month, so I will up date this review in the near future, but I love it , my friend thought it was really nice looking . She never had a Microwave before, so I wanted her to see how easy it is to warm up her food. So I will be back in a few months , but so far Everything if great . Hope it stays that way, you never know with appliances.And I got this on sale $100.00 , not bad for a 950 watt , midsize microwave. Thank you Bestbuy ,I love shopping at Best Buy , my son just bought your BestBuy Brand Tv on tax free weekend Insignia, he loves it, it a size 42” tv and he paid well under $200.00, seriously he paid $120.00 , awesome he loves his tv . There are only 3 items that could be better. The stainless steel exterior is difficult to keep clean. The control panel should be white to be able to read in low room light. The light weight or the bottom feet causes the oven to slide a little when the buttons are pushed or the door is shut.

Easy to use for people of any age. Fits in the small places.
