Nice looking and works well

The downsides are that it is only 950 watts - which makes it unique since most microwaves are 800, 1000 or 1200 watts. It also is a bit loud, but not so much to make it a problem. It also does not have the feature where it will periodically beep until you open the door after the cooking time has finished. Otherwise, it is a very nice oven.

Not fun, but it happens. The oven arrive, but was not working properly. Best Buy shipped me another, and had UPS pick up the bad one within a week. And this is during the pandemic. We like the oven a lot. Easy to use. Nice footprint. Great price. Excellent customer service!

I bought on-line so didn’t check it out in store. Unit moves when pushing open button and assumes time in minutes so requires hitting time set button for quick zaps less then a minute.

I have had this microwave over 7 months, disappointed that it does not do well with cooking baked potatoes, other than that it works ok, sometimes makes noises.
