    I've been using the microwave for about a month and so far I am relatively pleased. My major complaint is the keypad. I need to use a flashlight in order to see the numbers. Too bad GE didn't use white with black lettering or just illuminated the keypad. Maybe they will improve on their design for the next model.

    Every once in a while there is a product defect. Not fun, but it happens. The oven arrive, but was not working properly. Best Buy shipped me another, and had UPS pick up the bad one within a week. And this is during the pandemic. We like the oven a lot. Easy to use. Nice footprint. Great price. Excellent customer service!

    I recently moved, and my new house did not come with a microwave. I priced many retailers and did my research because I wanted something big, but I don't have much space.
