Easy to use and it's a nice looking unit. Great price to boot.

I recently moved, and my new house did not come with a microwave. I priced many retailers and did my research because I wanted something big, but I don't have much space. I found this one, and I love it. It doesn't take up to much room, but the inside is a very decent size. I am happy with my buy.

had to replace an older GE Profile microwave that fit in a tight space... this new microwave isn't quite as wide as the old one which allows better airflow around the unit. It is more powerful, and takes a little getting used to for operation, but it works great and still looks like the older ones. Runs fairly quiet too... an improvement on an already good microwave oven.

I like how it looks and it works really great. I love the add-30-seconds button.

I'm on a budget so I can't afford high ticket items in my kitchen like stainless steel refrigerators, but I can afford beautiful kitchen items on a smaller scale such as the stainless steel GE microwave that I purchased from Best Buy. And what's more important is that it does a great job cooking the foods we want. It also defrosts thoroughly without overcooking the outer edges of frozen foods.

We moved from a rental that had a mounted microwave to a house without one and realized quickly that we liked the convenience of having a microwave. Once we got it all figured out (love that there is a timed option available among the presets!) we have used it with no troubles whatsoever. Solid item, good price, does what we need!

This microwave took a little getting use to at the beginning. We were trying different settngs and nothing seemed to work. We found that the microwave senses when there is food in the unit and then will function. After this we were pleased with the performance.

No issues so far working perfectly fine. Easy to use

Pleased overall. Bought prev microwave in 2015 and it already died. This model is much quieter when in use. My biggest complaint is that the number buttons (1-4) have presets, so when you press the one it starts running for 1 minute. Instead, you have to press "cook time" then the amount of time. Seems like an unnecessary feature or that there should be a separate preset button.

efficient microwave, wish the inside was a little bigger as this replaced one I had that was same outside size but the inner could turn my dinner plates. this one turns but my square plate is a little too large for this so it gets stuck. other than that, it heats up quick and works good.

I replaced the one that started sparking when it was 3 years old with the same model. It holds a dinner plate or a popcorn bowl with ease. I don't like that the open latch is difficult to push, and the microwave slides backwards on the countertop when you push the button.
