It works good up to this point, but just in case I purchase extended warranty. The price was good, but the only thing that I don't like is cleaning the door most of the time because it leaves fingerprints behind.

And what's more important is that it does a great job cooking the foods we want. It also defrosts thoroughly without overcooking the outer edges of frozen foods.

My only complaint is that the stainless steel gets smudges very easily. I have to clean it often to make it shiny.

The downsides are that it is only 950 watts - which makes it unique since most microwaves are 800, 1000 or 1200 watts. It also is a bit loud, but not so much to make it a problem. It also does not have the feature where it will periodically beep until you open the door after the cooking time has finished. Otherwise, it is a very nice oven.

It holds a dinner plate or a popcorn bowl with ease. I don't like that the open latch is difficult to push, and the microwave slides backwards on the countertop when you push the button.
