We bought this microwave about 3 weeks ago. We're happy with it so far. It looks great. Simple controls seem intuitive. The written instructions were a little too light.

Excellent microwave. It has very nice controls and easy for anyone to use.

We bought this as we were going on vacation in two days and our Frigidaire Gallery above the range microwave stopped working. We didn't have time to purchase a new one and have it installed so we bought this counter top microwave and we are thrilled with how it works for such a low price.

My Sharp microwave died after a few years. Looking for something comparable which I found at Best Buy. Found this GE model. Basically the same size and same watts. And it was on sale! Took it home and set it up. Has light inside which I was looking for. Heats up dinner plates and drinks efficiently. Good buy!

This item is very convenient and easy to use for a counter top microwave. The display pad is a little dark, but easy to understand what to select for cooking purposes. I would recommend it.

Microwave functions well. Does what is supposed to do but the housing buzzes a ton. It's super loud until you push down on a corner or the center of the top, etc. I shouldn't have to actively dampen the microwave to keep it quiet. More attention to the details by the manufacturer would have prevented this. Push button to open the door is also unnecessarily difficult. I understand why this microwave is on sale. I am considering returning if I can't keep the noise in check.

I had to replace my original microwave which was alot larger than this one... I love the size and style of this unit, very easy to use and fits perfect on my counter

As far as appearance, features and performance, I really like this model, the only complaint I would have would be is is loud.

great product.. wonderful name brand.. my wife already had one for her room she calls the library... she also wanted one for the regular kitchen... easy for her to use and she loves the styling and the contours and overall beauty of the design... will buy again..!!!

Decent microwave. No one touch option to star, also is loud when operating. It’s def compact and sleek looking. Function wise, heats food fairly quickly.

Purchased for a disabled friend who needed a reasonably-sized unit with enough power to cook frozen meals on a daily basis, and be reliable enough to last more than a year or two. Based on his own experience over the past month, he's very satisfied! Best Buy price-matched a local retailer, as well.

Bought for grandson starting out in is own apartment. Looks nice on the countertop and he said it works well.

My built in microwave died. I needed something quick, and not too expensive. Saw this at Best Buy, the price was good and so I bought it. It works great. Eventually I will look for another microwave to be installed in my kitchen, but for now this is perfect.

Simple and great for college or adult seniors with little space

So far this unit has been working very well. I bought this unit which is rated for 950 watts to replace my last GE 1100-watt microwave after having it for ~8 years (the 1100 watt unit finally died after I had it on for about 3.5 minutes into a 4.5 minute cycle WITHOUT any food. It turned on after cooling off but wouldn't heat; suspected microwave tube) . Pro: Similar operation and key functions as my last one, so quick learning curve. Pro+: This unit has a function if the door hasn't been open in a certain length of time (maybe 30 seconds?) and you try to start it it won't start and display "food". So it warns you if you haven't put food in or you put food in but delayed the start. Con: Display is somewhat hard to read even in a well lit environment.

Very nice little unit, but had to return because no one in the house could read the panel. We have good lighting, but a lot of aging eyes. That being said.....no one could read it.
