I don't give it 5 starts because it has this weird feature in which the door locks after the cycle has finished so you have to click stop in order to unlock it. This is not a very intuitive step and since I have it in my short term rental unit, I feel like people are going to end up breaking it for a feature that is unnecessary.

Posted .To disable the Child Lock feature: press and hold the “7” key for 3-5 seconds or until
you hear a beep and release. Press the “9” key and release. Press the “0” key and release. There will be two short beeps and the display will flash "UnLo" to confirm you successfully disabled this feature. For more information, review the online Owner's Manual by clicking on the Features tab and scroll all the way to the bottom of the list. It's also available on our GE Appliances site by using your model number to search. -Vikki@GEAppliances
