Size is good for an over the stove space. (but made for counter) A bit more powerful than the one I had previously. Still getting used to where all the buttons are from previous microwave but I can’t complain… I love it

This GE 1.6 Cu Ft microwave is the perfect size and power. It matches my other GE Profile appliances just fine without the higher price of the actual GE Profile microwave. Best Buy offered a great price and made the purchase quite simple.

Bought this to replace a 20 yr old large size counter-top GE microwave. Chose GE's mid-size microwave which is urprisingly designed very similarly to my old one. However, the "build" is not as substantial as my old one. This one does have slightly more power and the mid-size works perfectly for my needs. Although the unit was delivered very well factory-packagaged, the small ring that goes under the round glass arrived broken. I was able to glue it together before using the microwave and after a month's use, there's been no problem. I'm satisfied with this GE mid-size microwave primarily because of good size, has 1 thru 6 minute instant-on buttons as well as 30 second button, power, and price.

This microwave is the perfect size for my countertop. It's powerful for it's size and cooks very fast. It was a good value and I'm glad that I bought to replace my old, worn out one, which was very big and under-powered.

I had this model microwave before and I wanted the same when I needed to replace the old one. To my surprise I found the exact same one with an added safetylock protection on the door! Happy lady here!!

Very quiet. Heats evenly and has large enough interior to fit a large 4 quart bowl. Easy to clean. Good microwave for the price.

This GE 1.6 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave was just the right fit for us. Initially, I purchased a larger microwave that I had to return. It was just too big for the space! But this 1.6 Microwave with Sensor cooking is Amazing. The sensor helps us know when the food is ready, and it has a safety lock to keep you from grabbing food that may be too hot. It is very easy to use.

This one surpass my expectations great Microwave , it replaced my power XL

I purchased this item from Best Buy less than a month ago and this morning, the heating element burnt out and stopped working. Horrendous customer service from Best Buy as they said it was outside of the 15-day return window and my only chance to get my money back was to call GE. I will no longer buy GE microwaves but more importantly, I no longer will buy appliances from Best Buy.

Powerful microwave. Plenty of features and also has a child lock to prevent children from opening. This feature can be disabled or enabled easily. Highly recommend

The GE - 1.6 Cuft. Countertop Microwave does a good job cooking foods such as potatoes or warming previously prepared meals. Spills on the bottom or splashes on the sides or top of the oven can be wiped up with a damp cloth. Cooking operation and troubleshooting tips for the oven are easy to follow.

I like the microwave - good size, works well, hate the child lock. We're retired. I don't need a child lock. There is some process for removing it - need to get the instructions back out. It's fine. It's a microwave. The pick up process was a giant nightmare, but that's pretty Best Buy typical.

This microwave is great. The heating is even and there are many features. I love the way it looks and the ease of use.

This is a very nice microwave. It is powerful and simple to use. It is a good value for the money and spacious for your food. The only issue I have with the microwave is that I am unable to silent the beeping when pushing the buttons or when it stops cooking.
