We shopped at several store before we made our purchase. The lady at Bestbuy that help us with our purchase order had helped my wife with a camera a couple years ago. We had to order because ours was not in stock. It was also on back order so it is taking a long time to receive. Best Buy had the best price plus we had several gift cards to you. I can't wait to get my microwave.

Considering I paid less than $300 for this, it's very good. I don't need it to do a ton of things, but it's very easy to work with and came completely "pre-loaded" with settings for a variety of items. So far, it's doing just fine. When you select the Express Cook option, it does seem like it's taking a little bit of time for the brain to kick in to figure out wht it's doing. It sorta freaks me out because I keep wondering if it's going to crash and burn. Brains are touchy you know!!

It performs very well. Good value and easy to operate. Service was totally unacceptable. The product was delivered but not installed as I had contracted. Several phone calls but no results.I had to install it with the assistance of my brother.

It’s a basic microwave by GE. It has weight and time defrost, sensor cooking controls, add 30 seconds microwave time, and the best feature you can turn off the rotation of the turntable. Love the black color matches my black Kenmore electric stove. The price is also just right. I can’t see spending more for what a microwave should do. Thanks Best Buy.

I like this product but have only 1 "cons" to this item: I wish the control panel would illuminate at dark or a button option to make it light up. It is hard to see any buttons at night and I have to turn on the big overhead kitchen light

This is a good microwave with the exception of the following: - Occasionally a message will appear on the control panel to "Insert the food" when the food is already inside. You have to open the door and shut it then press start. I have not discovered how to turn this feature off, if it is even possible to do so. - The unit is usually freezing cold inside which means you have to cook the food longer to get it hot. I called for a reinstall, but when the same installers came out (people contracted by Best Buy to do the work, not Best Buy employees), they said there was nothing that could be done. In all honesty, I am not sure if this is a problem in the microwave or the vent pipe to the outside of the house. Hopefully, this will only be an issue in winter. Otherwise, the unit functions well, is easy to clean and the price was excellent for a white one.

So many features that enhance your cooking experience. Sensors that determine when your food is cooked perfectly. Just put it in and you're done.

This microwave replaced a 16 year old GE Profile which was beginning to falter and make noises. This unit is working great and is much quieter than our previous model and we are happy with it so far.

Easy to use and very effective in performance and look.

I purchased the GE microwave because I thought it would fit in the space left by my prior GE microwave. While the dimensions are as advertised the actual mounting hardware has changed from prior models both for the wall mount and overhead hole locations. This made installation challenging. Otherwise the microwave works as advertised and will probably last for 8 years as this seems to be the life span of these microwaves.

This microwave replaced a 15 year old microwave and has all of the features my old Whirlpool Gold had. It is easy to use, large interior. The control panel is a little hard to read because it is black. I love the Slate color, doesn't show the fingerprints. Was very easy to install.

Overall, we are very pleased with the performance of this microwave oven. The Potato feature cooks yellow and sweet potatoes remarkably well. The Melt feature is terrific for melting butter. The Mute feature is great to have when other family members are sleeping. It's very easy to wipe up splatters or spills from the interior surface. The one aspect, that could use improvement, is the noisy door which makes a loud bang when it is closed. In addition, it would be better to have 2 light bulbs underneath (like our old GE microwave did) to provide more light on the top of the range.

It looks great and cooks, defrosts, and all auto features work well (e.g., popcorn, reheating). For me usage is straight forward and I like features as adding additional time without stopping and starting, changing the temperature also without stopping and resetting. Very please with our purchase.

This microwave looks good and functions well so far. Compared to our old microwave, it is quieter and the fan works better. The only negative is that the control panel isn't very sensitive so you have to push kind of hard for the buttons to work.

FITS IN THE SPACE WE NEEDED AND HAS AN OUTSIDE VENT. EASY TO CLEAN

The first one lasted about a week and died. It was replaced and the replacement is working wonderfully more that a year and a half later.

The microwave is easy to use but I would have preferred to have a booklet that was more complete insofar as time to blanch or cook different vegetables, etc. I kept the one from my old microwave as a guide but it was a slower oven than this one. This is a problem for GE not Best Buy.

the microwave oven is the same as the one i took out. the only problem is the top mounting points are in a different location than the old one. this has been a problem even with first to the second and now the third.
