Great microwave. Had to wait a long time for installation but besides that everything was smooth and the microwave works great. It has all the buttons you need but not too many to become cumbersome. Heats quickly and efficiently.

installation was fairly easy. A cutout template that shows where to drill holes in the cabinet made things a little easier. Looks great too. No issues.

Our microwave died without warning. We shopped on-line at the usual sites and were shocked to see so many different shapes and sizes. We were even more shocked when most said that the items wouldn't be available for at least a month or more. We were pleasantly shocked when we found just what we wanted at our local Best Buy store and it was available in a week. Highly rated, right color and features. We absolutely LOVE our new GE otr microwave from Best Buy!!

Got this as a replacement for GE microwave jvm1870sf02 ( 1.8 cu. ft.). Looks great, works well. Fits perfectly in the dimensions to replace the old microwave. However, the mounting templates and required hardware are completely different and requires reconfiguring and drilling of holes. Overall satisfied with the product.

I hope this one is better than the one it is replacing. I had to replace one that was less than 4 years old when it stopped working. Since this model is still made, it made most sense to get the same model, which I was able to install, on my own, in about 30 minutes. It fit right onto the existing bracket that was already on the wall.

Replaced an old over-the-range micro. Best Buy installation service was top-notch. GE microwave was an excellent value. Good quality, good price. Would buy again.

The Samsung I had only lasted 27 months and the handle would not catch. Samsung gave me the run around and the repair person told me I should just replace the whole appliance for what it would cost me to fix the handle. I ended up buying a new GE microwave and I am already extremely happy with it being a much more solid appliance. The quality is astoundingly better then the Samsung.

Works great and looks great - definitely has power and seems to reheat our food hotter than our old microwave did.
