Easy install and works great. Features are pretty straightforward.

We, the whole fam, really like the microwave. There are lots of great features and cooking options. I was trying to get a black color to match our other existing appliances and this black stainless looks grayer. Other than that it is awesome.

It replaced my old GE microwave so it is fine for me.

Love the look of stainless steel however you can see fingerprints on it so I went with the slate . Very happy with my choice it is a coated product so if it gets scratched or nicked you can purchase the fill-in through GE

I’m sure there are much fancier microwaves out there but this thing is a value workhorse. Simple design with features that will meet most needs. This is our second of the same model and the only reason that the first one died after 7 years was bad positioning above our stove and excessive steam exposure shorted out the control panel. Specs are supposedly the same on this one as our last but this one has significantly more cooking power. We’re knocking off 10-20 percent off our normally cooking times. Again, definitely recommend for a sturdy over range microwave but probably not suited for a high end kitchen.

So far this microwave is working just fine it's stainless steel finish matches the rest of my appliances so far all is well and the people who installed it did a very nice job

It works fine but feels kind of plastic and hollow sounding. We were replacing a GE Profile with induction that burned out after only 5 or 6 years. Hopefully this one lasts longer. But the cost on sale made it affordable. I will say, though, that the guys installing it were really kind and professional.

I haven’t had this microwave for 2 years yet and I’m already in my 2nd call to GE!! The first time it went out, I called GE. They helped me troubleshoot it over the phone because it was shutting off by itself. So that troubleshoot with GE customer service it worked. Now I’m calling them again today July 23, and I’m out of warranty and they want me to pay for somebody to come out for $120 just to come out and then I’m still responsible for all parts and labor. Now the microwave, the light comes on, but nothing else is working. You can’t push any buttons. You can’t see anything on the display. Up to today which was yesterday. It just stopped microwaving in the middle of a micro session. This is so frustrating. GE is supposed to be a reputable company and they have completely failed , and their customer service is not willing to do anything to assist. When the microwave was working, it was perfect and that’s the only reason why I got two stars. So it lost a star for their customer service and they lost two stars because is not working and I just got it 18 months ago. SO FRUSTRATING .

This microwave was a great replacement for a similar GE microwave. I was able to reuse the existing bracket and installation was a matter of minutes. The microwave works great but the reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the description is misleading and we (us and the Best Buy person) made sure we were ordering the one with a night light but it does not have the night light - we are disappointed. Also there is a small ding on the front but not very noticeable. Other than that, we recommend the microwave. It was a great sale price too!

This microwave works very well. It's quiet and efficient.It's spacious. The best part was that I could use the same bracket from my previous GE Profile, so installation was a breeze. My one minor complaint is that the GE logo button is relatively large and ugly...plus it's centered to the whole oven, not the door, so it looks off center - and would either way. Maybe...no logo?? Can't help staring at it...

They called ahead of time to make sure I was at home. Came early and finished in a nice timely manner. Great conversations, explained all features. Covered all areas of where they were working and cleaned up afterwards.

Good over the range microwave with an white interior. Glass turntable sits higher than the previous microwave, which makes cleaning up spills much easier. I like the fact that you can turn off the clock feature since I have a digital clock on my range and don’t need both. It doesn’t feel as sturdy as the microwave it replaced, but I guess they just don’t make things to last anymore. No complaints and I would recommend to a friend.

When it was time to replace my microwave at home I chose this one because I had used it where I was staying out of state and really liked the menu set up and love the sensor settings expecially the popcorn one which is quite accurate.

I purchased this over-the-range microwave to replace a builder grade microwave. I am very happy with this purchase and installing it was simple enough. The vent-a-hood works great and I do not feel any air escaping back into the house (unlike my previous one,) My only complaint is that the mute button beeps with you want to mute the sound instead of just displaying that the device is muted on the screen.

Great microwave and great price altho delivery did take a while.

Love the added features of this microwave compared to my old over the range micro wave. Easy to use, access, and clean.

I was so excited to get this microwave to have a real vent for my stove. It was a bit of work but my husband was able to install it without too much difficulty (but he's a very handy guy-you might need professional installation). I'm so grateful to be able to actually be able to vent instead of just recirculate air. The microwave is spacious and seems to work well. The controls are simple to use. The stainless finish does get a bit spotty but hasn't been a big deal to keep it clean (fortunately, the stainless space is much smaller than the fridge door!) I got this for an exceptionally good price during the "40% off open box sale" as it was a display model that was being replaced.

This microwave is fine for my needs - not cooking but other tasks such as warming leftovers. So far my only complaint is that I cannot program for less than 30 seconds. There is a separate button for 30 seconds but sometimes I just need 15 seconds and cannot do that.
