Otherwise it is a good buy for the money Easy to clean interior. Very pleased with controls and great overall cooking operation.

Lasts about 8 years on average The autocook sensor seems to last about 3 years. And the wall mount plate changes every time so there's more work to install than seems necessary if they wouldn't change that part of the chassis design.

My biggest complaint is that it took over 2 mos to get my money refunded and we ended up just using the credit towards another purchase. Microwave itself is beautiful and works well. Point off for the nightmare getting my refund.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this unit to replace a 10 year old that the fan would not shut off on. same unit and same dimensions so hoped it would fit all same holes and brackets. not! all positioning of anchors different and unit is different even thought same model and serial numbers. lights and filters all different places and not bright enough to see with for over range use. timer complete notice very quiet and exhaust fan very noisy.

Replaced it with identical updated brand and model in white to match other kitchen Appliances. the crew installing it worked together like a well oiled machine. What would we do without microwaves anymore?!
