Recently moved into a new house and needed to replace the microwave that came with the house.
This microwave has been amazing so far. Lots of smart settings and a smaller profile than the one I replaced.

We recently replaced our GE OTR microwave oven. The old one just kept running anytime the door was microwave's door was close. It was about 3 years old. Replaced it with a similar one, and purchased the warranty plan. Great experience at Best Buy. Friendly and very knowledgeable sales person. We have purchased other appliances at Best Buy and have always had a good experience.

Great over the range microwave! Works as advertised. However, this is not fingerprint resistant. Don't let the phrase fool you. Horrible delivery service. Messed up my property during the delivery. I informed their claims dept & have gotten nowhere. I will no longer purchase appliances from Best Buy as long as RXO is responsible for delivering to my area.

I bought this to replace an eight year old GE that quit working, so far it is meeting my expectations, only difference is that fan runs during operation and it’s pretty loud.

Installation was a bit annoying since the mounting holes (already in our cabinet) that were used to insert the bolts that screw into the top of this microwave, didn't line up with this model's mounting threads. So we had to drill new holes in our cabinet. Also, the wall mounting bracket has changed from 4 tabs to 2 tabs, and of course they are also in different locations, meaning the wall bracket had to be changed. It would have been nice to save those steps during installation. Once mounted, the microwave looks nice and seems to work fine.

I actually placed an order for this microwave in mid May. The item did not come in & order cancelled. I placed a second order early June which was ready for pick up late June, and was installed early July.
Installation was made using the previous wall bracket, but more holes were required to attach to the upper cabinet. Not too bad, took about an hour with 2 people.
The microwave operates as expected, although it is still new. Hope it lasts longer than the last one!

I purchased this along with a filler kit (extends the width from 30” to 36” wide). The microwave looks great and do far works great. Look great too. I installed the Overhead microwave and kit in a couple of hours. I thought the install instructions could have been better, once installed, it looks great!
Microwave instructions are minimal but the keypad is intuitive. Overall great microwave at a great price!

Bought this to replace our 20 year old ge microwave. Instalation was easy and worked great for a while but then had problems with it only heating intermittently. Called GE for service and they came out and got it fixed so hopefully it will last now

I like that I don't have to turn on the exhaust fan every time I use the microwave. It turns on automatically. The keypad is straightforward. No real learning curve unless you want to program the Express Cook buttons, but who does that, right?

This microwave was easily installed and is easy to use. It has many easy to use settings and looks great with our other stainless appliances.
It has sensor cooking but we haven’t tried it yet.
We liked the idea of the filtered vent fan.

After having it for 2-3 weeks, it's performing to my satisfaction. It's a little louder than my previous microwave and seems "labored" at start up but it warms/cooks well, so far. Typical plastic where you'd expect it in today's world of manufacturing. Good value for the money.

Please don’t buy this microwave. I rarely write review but enough is enough. I have had two of these microwaves one lasted a week another a month and a half. The first I returned to Best Buy because it was under 15 days. I bought the second because I was assured that I must have got lemon. I feel foolish that I listened but I did and the other microwave lasted over the return date to Best Buy and the factory warranty took over (even though I purchased an extended warranty form Best Buy, nonetheless, the GE factory warranty is the one I was told to use by Best Buy). It has since been 4 months with no fix. The first scheduled appointment (which took 6 weeks) I was told a part was needed and a re-schedule date was made. I took the day off to meet the repairman when I received a phone call late in the day and was told the part had not arrived and they would have to reschedule again. I was also told that the part would have to be sent to my house and should call to have someone promptly repair the microwave. Well the part has finally shown up three weeks later and every time I call l’m I hung up on if the phone even gets through. The website is no help either. As I’m writing this review I’ve finally got through and I’ve been on hold for 2 hour and 14 minutes and on my wife’s phone 2 hours. Firstly Best Buy has little help and GE has been horrendous, I will never buy another GE product and if I can save anyone else from this experience I at least done something. I should just go buy another brand of microwave and eat the cost, because, I need a microwave.
