Great microwave! Only complaint is the time display is way too bright but there is a way to turn off the display.

The oven portion works fine, I just wish the control panel had better contrast and that it was a bit more user friendly. It probably just takes getting used to because we had our other microwave oven for so many year.

My expectations have been justified. I had been very pleased with microwave that finally needed to be replaced after years of use. The GE I purchased to replace it appeared to be the same, but the new version with updated features. I was correct. It has been great choice for me.

I love my new microwave it does way more things then my previous microwave match right with my stove.

Just bought this microwave since our other GE went out only after 2 years. I haven't had any issues with GE products. This had the Express cook buttons plus a melt button for butter, chocolate, caramel, marshmallows etc. Its quiet and also has a filter.

This microwave replaces one that I had for more than 15 years. So far it is more than meeting my expectations ( especially heating food all the way thru instead of that circle of cold I got from my old one). As an extra bonus it matches the finish on both my stove and fridge.

We replaced an old unit with this. We couldn't be happier. The new functions are really useful. the unit is very efficient, easy to work and does a terrific job of reheating and defrosting. A nice improvement by GE!

The mircowave does what it is supposed to. The buttons in the side seem to be just ok and have concerns they are going to stop working as this is how our old mircowave stopped working, buttons started to fail. The door handle seems frail and have concerns with longevity and durability.

Very easy to install as a replacement for unit that breakdown. Works good as specified. Only thing that I don't like is getting fingerprint when ever you touch the stainless steel surface.

Have had 2 GE microwaves in the past. The handle broke on both of them. Will use handle differently to keep it intact.

I was worried about this product after reading terrible reviews across many platforms, but with our cookie cutter new build homes, I had limited options to replace the built in microwave that came with the house. This GE 1.7 cu. ft. over the range microwave was one of the only sizes that would fit. It is a newer model than the 2013 model, but it is pretty much identical. The turn table is the same size as the old model, the buttons are a little different, but they are all there. They are not back lit, but neither was the older model, and I feel the complaints regarding the overly bright display are unfounded. It is clearer than the 2013 model, but does not illuminate the room as so many claim. I also was worried since so many people said you cannot see through the window. I think they left the film on because you can clearly watch the food cook with no issues. It is pretty simple, no fancy bells and whistles, a pretty standard microwave that does everything it is supposed to do. It was easy to install and came with replacement parts for the vent area, which was great because we bent the old one by accident. If you are trying to replace an old model, this will perform the same way. I just hope it lasts longer than the old one!

I recently bought this microwave and so far I do not see any problems, Everything that I expected suits me. So far so good.
