    The installation was bad, the two holes on top of the cabinet not matching the holes on microwave. The screw was crooked not in straight. The guy installed it tested our new microwave when there is nothing inside, which might damage the inside part. Door not in line, strange sound when open the door after two weeks said not returnable.

      It is normal to have a small amount of play to the door (up or down) approximately 1/8".     Brand new, used 3 times then broke. having issues with GE Advocate and repair people...no one seems to know what they are doing. It has been a month now without a microwave. It should have been replaced....not repaired since it needed a new door, switch box and latch. Very very poor product...so disappointed in GE, especially how they take care of consumers.
