    This mwo replaced a 12 year old GE mwo. Amazing how these newer boxes are lighter and seemingly not as well constructed. When this closes it sounds like a tin can and not the mercedes benz door closing sound we became used to.

    Well built with a not too hard installation. Was a little scared to attempt putting this up but took my time with the proper tools and was done in an hour. it was important to have electrical box in the proper location prior to installation. Also to have hole big enough to let plug through to cabinet.

    I liked the look of this microwave over others and wanted an handle not a push button to open. It looks great in my kitchen. It does take twice as long as any other microwave that I have ever had to heat food from cold. Overall, I would not recommend this model and I should have just gone with the good ole Whirlpool.

    Good product. Panel under bottom should not be plastic. Bottoms need to light up for those with poor sight.
