    The microwave was to be delivered & installed 6 days ago. BB has not been able to reschedule yet, has never contacted me - I have had to make calls to check on the status.

    I bought this in Jan 2019 and it just broke. It does not heat anything. I had an earlier one that lasted 18 years.

    Stopped working after one week. Repaired under warranty and has died once again. I got a lemon.

    Not sure in this item yet as jnstallation has been double checked and microwave is smoking from the inside. Having it looked at again.

This is typically a very small amount and is perfectly normal.     I bought this microwave on December 28, 2021. Here it is February 4,2022 and it has gone out.

    Worst oven we ever owned. Weak light. Door hard to open and close. Confusing controls. Buttons very hard to push.

In this case, if you do not already have it installed, we recommend you check out the compatible bump-out kit for this microwave, part number JX15BUMPBB.       Hello Anil1, thank you for taking the time to review your dishwasher. We hate to hear it is not performing as it should and would be happy to help. For the best wash and dry performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid.
