We needed to replace our microwave and we were trying to match our stove (GE)...closest we could find was this microwave, and I was a little worried about the color matching...it says black (w/stainless) but the picture made it look more like a dark slate gray. I was so relieved once it was installed to see it was actually a perfect match (black) to our stove, and not the dark slate that appeared in the picture. Simple buttons-handful of specific buttons (popcorn, melt, etc), express times, but really all that’s needed unless you’re a gourmet microwave chef. Inside gray flecked enamel was a big plus over the white inside of our last microwave that started peeling within the 1st 2 years, and foresee it not showing every little thing like the last one that became my nemesis...a good weekly cleaning should suffice instead of a daily cleaning.

The price justifies the quality of the product. Easy to use and the sensor that identifies how big the object inside is works very well. I was surprised and pleased with the intensity of the 4 suction modes, although it is a little loud.

This Microwave oven works great for a cabinet mounted oven. We wanted a second microwave to and this one works great with plenty of room inside of it for the food. Plus it has many easy-to-use features.

This is a great microwave, it matches my kitchen set perfectly. The microwave is quiet and is user friendly.

We had a lightning strike that blew out our microwave and we had to find a new one. This GE Sensor Microwave is the best microwave I have ever used. It has multiple Express Cook settings, and more features than I could ever imagine. This exceeds all our expectations.

Love this microwave unit. Good price and easy to install. Very powerful and heats food evenly. Operates quietly and has good ventilation to pull fumes and steam off the stove. I only wish the buttons were easier to see.

This microwave is awesome. It’s quiet, it’s beautiful and it heats up my food quickly. Love all the features like sensor cooking! And just push the Potato button and wallah, your potato cooks perfectly. I also love the low (night lite) and high light that lights up the stove top. Can’t wait to receive my GE Profile range that is on back order! GE appliances are the best! This model is replacing my 27 year old GE microwave that still worked perfectly. Yes that’s right, 27 YEARS of heavy daily use. I am only replacing it because the handle was so brittle do to age, it was going to break off any time, but everything else worked perfectly. Buy a GE - it’s a wonderfully high quality product! I highly recommend this model.

We bought this microwave in September 2023. Shortly after installation, the laminate on the keypad started bubbling up in several places, and now it appears the magnetron has failed. The keypad still works, the timer counts down, and the platter rotates but the oven never turns on to heat what we put inside. This is the second microwave of this model we have had. The keypad changed between the first and second, which may be related to why it deformed. The first lasted roughly ten years with no keypad issues, so we were hoping for the same this time. I guess we need to look for a different model now.

Great microwave with lots of great features, bells and whistles however the buttons are a bit hard to push and the lightbulb recently dimmed. Other than that, it does the job!

I bought the stove and was so pleased i thought I’d buy the matching over the range. I have been very pleased with this purchase and absolutely love the baked potato sensor button! Absolutely perfect potato every time! Great buy!

Works as it should. Easy to install. Extra large rotating plate is a bonus.

Love this microwave Best Buy stores carry the brands I love to use. Would recommend to anyone needing a solid product that lasts and has the features like to use.

Gonna start with the only issue I have had with this model: Day 1 the LED Surface light worked fine - Day 2 stopped working, "OK" I thought I'll buy a replacement assuming the bulb broke. Tried a new bulb and still doesn't work - so apparently some other issue. It looks like this was originally outfitted for a standard incandescent bulb and was retrofitted for LED. We doint use the underneath light so its not the end of the world, but for a brand new appliance not the best start. Other than that installation was relatively easy - took me about 5 hours to remove old one and install new one. Microwave works good and looks good with our matching GE Stove.

I purchased this to replace another GE microwave that had it's motherboard go bad after just four years. This model is basically the newest version of the old one, so I'm hoping it holds up better. The mounting bracket had changed, so that I had to install the new version to fit this new microwave, but it wasn't that difficult and I had in and running inside of an hour. The microwave itself works fine and we've had no issues so far. One thing we like over our previous model is the inside cabinet is made where the walls and bottom are indented so that it seems bigger and has more space inside, and the bottom can potentially catch any spills and overruns that might happen during cooking. The keyboard layout is a little different, so we're still adjusting to this but all of the many features available are pretty much the same.

Excellent microwave! I love it. The fan works well and so does the microwave. I like the convenience.

This purchase was made to replace our 14 year old over the range 36" GE Profile. After 3 weeks of use, we are quite happy with our purchase. Unfortunately, 36" units seem to be as available as hens' teeth and the stainless 6" filler was more expensive than the mic itself. I've informed the wife I'll fashion a bookshelf/cubby so she can put a cookbook or two into the space. She tells me she's planning her own remedy as I'm not the handiest of handimen.

Found this microwave with over the stove range at Best Buy. It had a really great price and being a GE, It works really well. I had originally found it at Home Depot, but guess what Home Depot wanted a chunk of money to ship it.

It’s a great microwave so far. Super spacious as well. Heats evenly.
