Height listed in specs is incorrect. This microwave is 151/2 inches in height, not 161/2 as listed. We ordered based on the 16 1/2 height so there would not be a gap between the backsplash and microwave. Anyone else buying should be aware of this. Other than that, the microwave itself is fine.

This microwave does what it should --- Heats food and causes no problems. I'd buy it again. If you struggle with IKEA furniture or can't lift and hold 25 or so pounds (you'll need two people who can each do this), this install isn't for you --- pay someone. But if you don't mind hitting the internet for some instructional videos and a bit of awkwardness in the process, it's not that hard to figure out. I'd do it again with my wife instead of paying for it and I had never installed an appliance of any kind before. Some people have said the fan is loud, and I would agree that even when it is on low I can't stand next to it and have a conversation (but a fan that didn't work well enough is what made the circuitry in our last microwave fail, so I'll deal with the noise no problem).

This was missing the capmounting nut for top screw. Have to turn off, then back on turn table before it will start. Sometimes upto 9 times. Tried moving the turntable manually a bit - doesn't work. Wasn't pleased with Total support. Would have to pay to have unmounted - place a sticker on it outside my front door for pickup, wait for refund to process, then purchase another one. OR I could unmount it myself and exchange it at the store. Total weight is 50+ pounds. Either way I am spending money for a defective product. Oh - store didn't have any in stock. I could have one shipped to me for 99 dollars but installation is not available. With 2 key features broken or missing - out of the box - this item is not worth the hassle.
