Perfect fit Microwave

Our Best Buy sales person found the perfect fit. We were concerned because we have a high granite backsplash and our old unit barely fit and most of the new ones would not because of greater rear height. This G.E. unit, however, is perfect and actual fits better than the old one. But a surprise was coming: It works great and has a larger capacity and large turntable. Controls are easy to use and the unit is twice as quiet as the one it replaced. Excellent purchase!

Was also hoping the 4 speed fan would draw from front burners but nope. As others mentioned the door is flimsy and buttons are harder to push. Was not able to find one to look at before I purchased it on sale and missed my return date.

IT WORKS GREAT, BUT DOES NOT HAVE ALL OF THE FEATURES OF THE GE PROFILE UNIT WE HAD. DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE AVERSION MANUFACTURERS HAVE TO PRODUCING HIGH QUALITY WHITE KITCHEN APPLIANCES WHICH ARE NEVER OUT OF STYLE.

Install was supper easy for my husband. I love how deep it is! This matching my GE double oven and it looks perfect! The wait for it to come in was worth it!

I looked closer at the box it had been resealed with inspected by Best Buy tape. I was delivered an open box item. I'm a total rewards member I would better than this.

The melt function is nice for baking when using butter. It is on the more powerful side so cooking times and/or powers may need to be adjusted.

It matched all of the old units feature with a few additional ones. It was a straight forward replacement for the old unit, with a minimal amount of fuss. Installation took less than half an hour, including removing the old microwave. The only draw back I have seen, so far, is that the membrane keyboard is a little stiff. It is a good value for what it does (a lot).
