My room is pretty small and this AC gets the job done. Been sleeping in high temperatures and humidity for the past 4 years but no more. I can finally enjoy the summer :)

I just got it, first off shipping was a nightmare it was suppose to be one day but whined up being 5th day, if you have new York windows those wide metal ones you already know it's going to have to be a issue bc the arms are to short so sheet rock or cardboard will work, i know my electric bill will be saved bc my portable 10000 ac killed me on my last con ed bill so i won't mind running this one daily to beat the heat. It's cold enough for one room to cool.

i cannot lie i was skeptical at first because of some of the bad reviews and decided to get it anyway. I just want to say this is a GREAT air conditoner, i brought it for my son's room. He loves it and so do I. If your thinking about getting it just do it while its still $199, its actually better than i expected.

The A/C itself is excellent, Only negative thing about my order was there was minor cosmetic damage to the unit itself, Nothing to effect the performance tho, I think lol so its cool

Because of the brand, I was really enthusiastic about this air conditioner. Other products I've used have lasted for years. I may have high expectations, but so far everything has gone well. Great air conditioner that cools the space rapidly and has a timer.

This air conditioner is awful!!! I had no issues with small air conditioners in the past, but upon seeing positive reviews about it, I thought of giving this product a try. When I installed this air conditioner in my window, I set it to the lowest temperature, which by the way is 64 degrees. It can't go any lower than that. Some other models actually can, but this can't. After about half an hour, this junk blew out my breaker!! All my power went out! I was like?? But you know what. I'm not going to judge it based off of that so I set the temperature to 67 degrees. It went well after a few hours then blew out my power again????????? Okay?? So this air conditioner can't do 67 degrees, note, I'm doing work on my computer and this is the second time this air conditioner is screwing me over. So I'm like okay. 3rd time for benefit of the doubt right? So I set this at 69 degrees. In just about an hour, it blew my power off??? Is something okay with this air conditioner or what? I don't get it. I did not pay $200 just to set the air conditioner to room temperature in my room!! Summer is coming in a few weeks and it's hella hot and humid here in Louisiana. Just stepping outside of your house here, you can't even breathe cause the air is just too thick. I don't joke around with heat like that and this air conditioner sure likes to make a lot of jokes. I also want to point out they advertised this air conditioner as 5000 btu, but on the packaging it is 5100 btu. Talk about how misleading that is!! I don't care if it's no big deal for some people, but 100 more btu is more unnecessary power that it's drawing out. And it can't even keep my room cool which is 110 square feet. Didn't they say this air conditioner can cool the room up to 150 square feet? Maybe if you live in a cardboard box or closet, it'll definitely cool you down. But for small rooms? Why you gotta lie to my face like that?

We enjoy the brand of this AC for our appartment that we bought a second one this year 2023. Thank u Best Buy for great technical support.

Works really well in our bedroom. So far no issues. Install was the same as other window ac units I’ve put in.

Have not had this unit long enough to say excellent. It works fine still hot 12-5 but sun shines on that side of house also. I like my home cold 68-70 so that may be why. Other people think is cool enough. You know you have to sit right in front of it to feel it. Filter warning went off but filter was clean.

Love it it just right for my room and window it has a set timer energy saver its an great item

This air conditioner is amazing, it get my room cool as i want it when it get extremely hot. I really recommend this air conditioner for smaller room.

I got this for my sons room and it becomes an ice box in there! It was a great deal!

This was the only small A/C I could find with the filter sliding out from the left side and could fit the dimensions of a custom built wooden box in the window. Once installed it looked small but very nice.

Works great! Keeps room cold when door is shut! Wish it went down to 60 but still cool.
