The other was missing a big spot of paint on the front. We ordered on 10/19/23, our replacement order keeps getting pushed out. Best Buy is clearly not fulfilling our replacement order with priority!

I’ve missed 3 days of work only to tell me they don’t have correct parts every time. I am very unhappy.

Poor weight capacity, makes loud noise when opened

Soon it began making a ratcheting sound when I opened and closed it. Now it won’t stop even if empty. It’s too much of a pain to return since the washer/dryer are on each one. I even weighed the items I had in the drawer and they didn’t seem to add up to the weight limit of 50lbs. It’s just a headache because this is a specialized item - the only choice for this model of washer/dryer.

Posted .We don't recommend the pedestal GFP1528PTDS for use with the Combo because of the overall height and weight of the product. Only the riser GFR0728PTDS is approved for use with the Combo.

New unbroken pedestals to be delivered and installed once contacted by warehouse, which took a couple of weeks, unacceptable

My washer shakes. Best Buy's service has gone down tremendously. I had also recieved to prior bad orders, the wrong washer and then a damaged washer.
