Cheaply made

The first pedestal came with a broken front panel. The plastic area where it is screwed in is flimsy and breaks easy. Took weeks to get a replacement and 1 of the screws were broken on that. I believe this is a manufacturing/warehouse issue. They use cheap materials and most likely store the pedestals on their back for a period of time causing the drawers to stress out the plastic and pull apart. Also, the drawers don't function with any weight. Even just 1 bottle of detergent causing is to stop half way like it bottoms out. It says to not exceed 50lbs but really it's 5lbs. The second pedestal came a month later and the SAME issue with the drawer being broke. Also, the feet were missing as the only hardware included were the brackets. Both are paid for and can not be returned so I will be ordering replacement feet and enjoying looking at $500 worth of non functional pedestals that that only serve the purpose of heightening the appliances. People are having these problems from all places of purchase not just Best Buy.

This occurs with small Loads as well. I had a repair man come out everything passed the efficiency tests but the idea of the dryer actually saving energy is NOT happening. When we sell the house the new owners can complain that the dryer leaves all clothes damp, so I am highly considering returning the dryer.

So the dryer does not have legs right now.
