    the storage material is made of plastic. it can't support heavy items as it will sag and hit the rail everytime the drawer is pulled out.

    Great drawer....easier to do laundry PROBLEM...the installation of the drawer to the washing machine.... scratched up the front of the washing machine BADLY while installing the drawer. So it no longer looks new...but works well. Make sure you have it ALL delivered at the same time so MAYBE it can be PROPERLY Installed all at once. DO NOT Have Them Deliver the washer and then the drawer & make sure they lay it on a blanket when they do the work. Bought on 12/19/2020 Drawer after 3 visits/ attached to Washer completed..... Scratches and all Jan 28,2021.

    i do love the stands. however I had two delivered. When the installer opened the box one of them was very damaged. I now have to take another day off of work. This will be the 4th day I have had to take off.

    Its a pedestal that is too cheap for the price point. The pedestal is weak and flexes to much increaseing the noice of the machine. It should of had more support in the design. Especially for 300 dollars

    It was not the product it was the service Very poor customer service including delivery and set up, Will not have anything delivered from Best Buy, first installers damaged the pedestals, only had the product 5 days and I had to argue to get another set.. Purchased washer dryer as well in July set still not completed by middle of September, I returned all items

    Due to height of pedestal, dryer hose interferes with connection at wall, therefore dryer stick out too far and blocks door to garage

    We purchased the pedestals for our new GE washer and dryer we purchased at Best Buy. Buying these pedestals was a great decision. Not only are they great extra storage but the best part is I don’t have to bend over anymore to do my laundry!!

    Plastic, not metal like my previous units. Overall great, however for this price you should metal and get a porcelain or at least powder coated finish instead of just painted.

    DO NOT BUY ANHYTHING FROM BEST BUY THAT REQUIRES INSTALL. PEDESTAL WAS DAMAGED AND REPLACEMENT HAS NOT ARRIVED AND WONT BE INSTALLED AT SAME TIME AS FUTURE DELIVERY OVER 3 WEEKS LATER!!
