The installers knocked off two rubber foot pads from the unit and damaged the floor in the laundry space. This was not noticed at the time, and they made no effort to ensure that the unit was level. The result is a unit that cannot be properly leveled (one of the missing pads is in the back), and the rattling and shaking during spin cycle is almost intolerable.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After dealing with the circus that is Best Buy and their customer support team and repeated delays in delivery, I finally had my new washer / dryer delivered. The delivery guys were in such a hurry - they threw everything together and started the washing machine so I could hear the water running, could see the dryer was working, then they left. After they were gone I had to level the machine only to find that the back feet / levelers were broken. I now have plywood holding the back end of the unit up. But at least it was functional. Today, only 14 days later, the washer will not start. There is power, but it won't start running. I tried resetting and went through all of the troubleshooting tips, but no change. I can't get anyone on the phone to discuss it so I had to schedule an appointment for service and the earliest I can get anyone here will be in two weeks from today. I paid for this on May 30th and got two weeks of use. I will never recommend Best Buy for large appliances. Also - in my review, Best Buy asks if they can display my purchase date, which oddly enough is the delivery date, NOT the date I bought and paid for the product.

We've had it for almost a month now and run on average 3 cycles a week. The only annoying thing is the dryer lent pick isn't the best so when you open the door it tends to go all over the place.

This is a small capacity unit but the perfect size for just me. I prefered the top loading washer as bending over to load/unload a front loader is literally a pain in the back. The front load dryer was at the perfect eye level. So far the unit has done a good job cleaning and drying my clothes. It has low level of vibration and in contrast to other reviews I found the unit to be relatively quiet even with both the washer and dryer running. The Best Buy installation team was quick, efficient, and considerate. They did a great job.
