Washer is noisy and there’s no notion to let you know that the dryer is done

The delivery and installation went smoothly. The installers were competent and professionally friendly. The washer dryer combo is compact but meets our needs and functions very well. We are pleased.

Fit perfectly, measurements listed were right on. Fits more than you would think and has all the options you need. Can't say enough...a definite Recommend!

After dealing with the circus that is Best Buy and their customer support team and repeated delays in delivery, I finally had my new washer / dryer delivered. The delivery guys were in such a hurry - they threw everything together and started the washing machine so I could hear the water running, could see the dryer was working, then they left. After they were gone I had to level the machine only to find that the back feet / levelers were broken. I now have plywood holding the back end of the unit up. But at least it was functional. Today, only 14 days later, the washer will not start. There is power, but it won't start running. I tried resetting and went through all of the troubleshooting tips, but no change. I can't get anyone on the phone to discuss it so I had to schedule an appointment for service and the earliest I can get anyone here will be in two weeks from today. I paid for this on May 30th and got two weeks of use. I will never recommend Best Buy for large appliances. Also - in my review, Best Buy asks if they can display my purchase date, which oddly enough is the delivery date, NOT the date I bought and paid for the product.

Product is great but delivery/installation service was a complete fail. The delivery person was in a hurry and said our faucet was frozen so he could not do the installation and we would have to reschedule once it was replaced. However, my husband was able to turn it on effortlessly. I called a plumber to be safe (despite my husbands protests) and they came and said the faucet was fine. There was absolutely nothing wrong, and no work that they could do. A complete waste of time and money from Best Buy’s “installation included”. Don’t believe it. The installation guy wouldn’t even hook up the electrical part, was just in too much of a hurry. The only reason we purchased from Best Buy was because installation was included..and it was not, My husband took too hours out of his work day to do it himself. We feel ripped off, quite frankly.

Perfect for an apartment or condo. Fits into any space. Washes and dries like a speed demon.

Overall for the size the machine has been productive. We've had it for almost a month now and run on average 3 cycles a week. The only annoying thing is the dryer lent pick isn't the best so when you open the door it tends to go all over the place.

Good looking set and fit in a tight space perfectly. Works as expected. Reasonably quiet. Delivered to store when anticipated.... Maybe a day or two before. Happy with this purchase and delivery.

Not a review of the item, per se, but of Best Buy's delivery and installation. The installers knocked off two rubber foot pads from the unit and damaged the floor in the laundry space. This was not noticed at the time, and they made no effort to ensure that the unit was level. The result is a unit that cannot be properly leveled (one of the missing pads is in the back), and the rattling and shaking during spin cycle is almost intolerable.

The appliance itself is great but it is still sitting in the middle of the bathroom. It is hooked up, but not hooked up correctly. On 2 installation appointments, the tech did not have the equipment or skill to install. On another, it was a no-show and then today - even though I have a confirmation e-mail for today - another no-show. Just to learn when I called that my appointment was rescheduled to next week without my knowledge! I am beyond frustrated! 4 service appointments with no results at all! And totally wasted my time twice!!! It has been 2 months since we purchased this! Customer Service is horrible to non-existent....even when mangers and supervisors have been spoken to - even with a case # for our situation!! DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM BEST BUY!!! or you may regret it like me!

Just downsized from the big family home to an apartment that required a stackable laundry unit. This is a small capacity unit but the perfect size for just me. I prefered the top loading washer as bending over to load/unload a front loader is literally a pain in the back. The front load dryer was at the perfect eye level. So far the unit has done a good job cleaning and drying my clothes. It has low level of vibration and in contrast to other reviews I found the unit to be relatively quiet even with both the washer and dryer running. The Best Buy installation team was quick, efficient, and considerate. They did a great job.

We ordered a few of these for our rental units that were small. Tenants are okay with them and they last pretty good.
