So far, the appliance is working well; however, the washing machine makes a noise for the first minute or so during the washing cycle.

The only thing that I can say is that when you dry, lint comes flying out once you open the dryer door. Otherwise, good purchase.

Best Buy agreed to replace it, but delivery arrived with no installation—despite me paying for it. I called back to reschedule, they assure installation was included this time but once again it was not. Extremely frustrated. Can someone please call me?

Noisiest washer EVER!

Best Buy replaced it promptly, but getting to the correct department was frustrating. Washes the clothes well but makes outrageous noises. Dryer settings are difficult to understand.
