I had been looking for a brand new one for awhile now and could not find one on sale. This was a brand new out of the box--that I got for $300 less than one that was in a box! Not a scratch or dent on it and I am happy with the purchase!

I had a friend install though ,

We realized we didn’t need a larger combo so we just downsized. Very happy with this unit it’s quieter than our old one. It spins your clothes almost dry so less drying time. I recommend this unit.

I'm looking for another stackable Washer/Dryer and another store. Best Buy did not give us a Best Buy!

The dryer latch is so tight, you have to force And slam the door shut, which Frequently causes fuses to become loose on the electrical panel. So you have to call GE technician out to repair. Luckily I am still in the one year warranty period. The plastic lint catcher is poorly designed and I am always cautious cleaning it because I may cut my finger. The compatibility with Alexa or Google is a joke. Unfortunately this model was not available to preview in store. I read reviews which were mixed, but needed this particular item because my condo has limited space. Wish I would have went with a different brand and paid a little more. I hate having wet clothes sit!

Temperature switch nob gets stuck on a setting and mess with it to get it going... not a happy purchase. Should have purchased a different brand.
