A great value for the product. Washed and dried clothes very well.

Fantastic for small space. Put a GE floor liner underneath for any water overflow...should this ever occur. Great product. I personal wish I had the space for a gas connection....

Good product. Only downside is it is a bit small to wash a comforter but other that that it is great. The product is very compact.

The appliance are great! The best purchased ever. However, the people that supposed to install very rude. The man he even wanted to bother to take a look. I end up paying someone to get rid of the old washer and dryer.

This machine has been amazing! We love it. It fit perfectly into our small space. It is quiet and dries in one cycle. Our old machine which was the same size took two cycles. Love it!

I’m very happy with the product. I expected the washer tub to be small. It was large enough to wash my bedspread. The dryer lint collector is so easy to clean. I’m very pleased with what I bought.

I've only owned the unit 6 months and have had non stop issues with the washer which is finally being replaced, but has caused me nothing but a headache. We'll see how the replacement goes..

I thought I reviewed this one already but I love this unit! It's much more quiet than my previous one and I love that it can chose the load size automatically. The dryer is also much quicker and senses when the clothes are dry.

Good overall but as most mentioned, the lint collector is terrible. Hard to clean and does not collect all.the lent.

we bought this september 2023 and the washer does not work. It has been less than 3 months.

I've had this washer/dryer combo for over 6 months now. It is a great unit. The washer is not too loud and it launders well your garments. The dryer is silent and very powerful, it dries a set of wet towels within an hour. If you have space restrictions for your laundry equipment, do consider this combo as an option.

It fills our needs well. The only problem we had was getting it from the store.I don't believe that I'd have it unless I showed up to get. Really disappointed in that.

Not sure how good the machine is because it is for a rental property. However the first machine that was delivered was defective and flooded my laundry closet and the units laundry closet below me. Not to mention even though Best Buy offers free installation as a service to customers they failed twice to follow through with installation and provided excuses why they could not install. This caused me to have to hire a plumber. This will be the last time I buy a major appliance from Best Buy.

first dryer was damaged ! had to wait again for the second one to arive, when it got here it had the wrong vent flex came with it and we had to go and buy a new vent . we paid for a new one, we still wait for our $ for the first vent that we paid for for the one that arrived with the combo .

Washer stopped working within 1 month of use (1-2 times a week). It is hard to schedule for repair if you don't live within their service area. They had a certified contractor come in to check on the unit. Now they say they need a new part and will come back to replace it. Expect 2 weeks without a functioning washer

Great fit for my condo closet space. Capacity for washer and dryer perfect.
